Guarantee
Our Guarantee: If, after purchasing one of our domain names,
you find a worse domain name with all the same letters and or numbers in it, we'll buy your name back. Guaranteed.
How can you lose? Even if you don't win, you'll Stand out from the crowd. It may take guts to buy one of our names
(and even more guts to use it in ecommerce) but you'll be so glad you did. Face it. You're small fry and
you'll never have the bucks for a really good name, so get one of ours. If we've made a mistake,
and not already registered the name, we'll either apologize profusely and go out and register the name, or, if it's
already taken, we'll apologize desperately and contact our attorney for consultation.
Mistakes
Everyone makes mistakes, but we make a lot of them. Should we accidentally list a name that someone else owns or that you own by mistake, please send us an email and let us know!
Since it wasn't intentional, and we just made a little mistake, we will promptly send you a preprinted form letter apology. We will also ask if you want us to
sell the name for you so we can make a little extra.
Rental Options
"Rental Option" names are domain names that are available for rent/lease.
A minimum 17¢ down payment allows you to lock in the price
of one percent of the asking price for the domain name per week, escalating by three tenths of
a percent (3/10%) per month each month that the domain name is used. Exactly what this comes
out to for each name is subject to court action. We don't advise anyone use this
particular option, but it exists for your convenience.
Drop Down Box Thingy
After asking several people in the office, no one was able to come up with the proper name for, what we are
calling, for lack of a better name, the "Drop Down Box Thingy". It's the little button dealy-do that makes the choices
become apparent when the computer use "left mouse clicks" it. Get it?
Own
To "Own" something, means to have control, the legal right to its disposition, or possession of said item. For example: Shamefully, TerribleDomains doesn't
even OWN any of the domain names that they have listed for sale. Or, WorstDomains.com OWNS at least one of the domain names listed listed on its site.
Benefit
A Benefit is a goody, an extra. Something that gives an advantage. In the case of
this website, all the advantages and Benefits go to the website owner,
and this is our way of being in complete dislosure
that, really, you don't get the benefits. We do. But thanks!
Less
Less is sometimes more, as in WorstDomains prices are much less than the outrageous prices at TerribleDomans.com. So if you buy a WorstDomain for Less, you'll have More money left over!
